Yes, all our keyboards come fully assembled, tested, and ready to use right out of the box. Simply plug in the USB cable and you can start using your keyboard.

Our modifications include professional lubrication of switches and premium stabilizers with Krytox grease, a tape mod for improved sound, and a PE foam mod for a deeper sound profile. Each keyboard is hand-modified by our specialists.

Yes, we offer a wide selection of keycap sets in various colors and profiles (Cherry, OEM, SA). You can choose a set when placing your order or contact us for individual customization.

Standard order processing time is 3-5 business days. For keyboards with individual modifications, this time may extend to 7-10 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

All our keyboards come with a 24-month manufacturer's warranty. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. In case of issues, our support team is available to help resolve any situation.

Yes, you have 14 days to return the product in accordance with Polish consumer law. The keyboard must be in an undamaged condition, in its original packaging. The buyer bears the cost of return, unless the product is faulty.
